REFUND POLICY
The original purchaser of a Valeur Absolue (from https://www.valeurabsolue.co.uk/) are entitled to a refund in the following situations:
a) If the product has a manufacturing defect.
b) The defect is recurring, even after the product has been replaced
We will offer an exchange but limited to the value of the original purchased item. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted in the sole discretion of Richy (UK) Limited.
Returns POLICY
This Return Policy applies to the original purchaser of a Valeur Absolue product only. In that case, Valeur Absolue may accept refunds, returns or exchanges of the product purchased directly from Valeur Absolue through https://www.valeurabsolue.co.uk/ only when the product has a manufacturing defect or damaged when item was received.
Valeur Absolue must be informed and receive the returned product within seven days of purchase; no returns will be accepted after this period;
- The original purchaser must provide the receipt or invoice as received when the order was placed directly from Valeur Absolue; and,
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- In addition, if the product is damaged or an item is missing, a picture of the product must be provided at the time of delivery.
Valeur Absolue does not promise or guarantee any specific result or effect from using our teas and products.
Valeur Absolue shall be obligated to ensure the product is safe and meets the satisfactory conditions up until the point of delivery.
Dissatisfaction with the results of the product will not be grounds for a refund, returns or warranty claim.
Warranty POLICY
Richy (UK) Limited will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within seven working days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping. However, we will reimburse you only upon a successful warranty claim.
Upon receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Richy (UK) Limited to process your warranty claim within seven working days.
Claims above the original purchased value will not be accepted.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Insurance (Delivery)
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
